Dr. West, Paul, and Andrea have always provided the best medical services to me. They always listen to my concerns and find ways to help me. The office staff are the best around. They greet all patients with respect, kindness, and dignity. They find ways to get a patient in for same day appts as often as they can. The medical assistants are also the best around. I’ve gotten to know all the staff and they know me. It’s usually a pleasant experience going to the doctors office.

I got stung by bees and was having a reaction. I stopped at the office and they got me right in and got me medication. By that evening the rash on my body was gone. I appreciate the fast care I received

I have deaded going to a doctor's appointment from my mid twenties on because it became my weekly routine with a variety of chronic illnesses. I can honestly tell whomever is reading this that finally, years ago, when I started with West Family Medicine, and Paul Bowers, that I have been greeted like a good friend and treated with a listening ear. Their hearts are truly submerged in the care of me and I am sure, all of their patients.
