I felt sick at 6 pm on a Wednesday. I thought that was weird because I do not tend to get sick. I had a rough night and called for an appointment at 8:05 am. I was able to see PA - Paul Bowers at 8 :45. I hope I am feeling better tomorrow. When you are not feeling well - time is of the essence. Thank you Paul

A prescription for an antibiotic was to be called in. After two trips to the pharmacy I was told they had nothing on this. By this time the medical office was closed.

My appointment with NP Paul Bowers was via tele-medicine. Not my favorite way to meet with a medical professional, but thanks to Covid, it was a good way to see a medical professional quickly to get medication to get over this condition. Paul was up-to-date on Covid treatment. He made me feel confident in the prescribed treatment, assured me they were there if I had any other questions or concerns, and went over the instructions for the medication. I left the zoom visit feeling as if I had been seen in person even though I had a very contagious condition. It is a great tool to be able to "see" a physician when you cannot be seen in person. It was a courteous, kind, and professional visit. Just one more way to meet their patients' needs.

I was a little nervous about getting a vasectomy, but Dr. West and his whole staff were very professional the whole time I was there. I would recommend Dr. West to anyone that needs a vasectomy. Thanks again for the smooth process.
